We may also collect supplementary information you provide voluntarily through correspondence or interviews.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for recruitment, job placement, and related professional services. This includes: (a) matching you with current and future job openings; (b) sharing your profile and CV with prospective employers, client companies, and partner organizations; (c) facilitating interviews and placement procedures; (d) conducting standard recruitment due diligence; and (e) maintaining a talent database for future matching opportunities.
3. Data Sharing & Distribution
Your information — including your CV, contact details, and professional qualifications — may be shared with: (a) prospective employers and client companies for job matching; (b) partner recruitment organizations and affiliates; (c) schools, educational institutions, and training providers; (d) third-party recruitment platforms and job boards; (e) legal and regulatory authorities when required by law. This sharing covers both domestic (within China) and international distribution as needed for placement purposes. We do not sell your personal information to any party.
4. Long-Term Data Retention
When you submit your CV with consent, your data is retained in our talent database for an indefinite period for ongoing and future recruitment matching. Your information will be used to match you with current job openings as well as future opportunities that may arise, including positions not yet advertised. By consenting, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be retained for recruitment purposes for the duration Talent Bridge China deems necessary.
5. Irrevocable Consent & Waiver of Deletion Rights
By submitting your information with explicit consent, you irrevocably waive any and all future rights, claims, or demands to request the deletion, erasure, or removal of your personal data, CV, or associated information from Talent Bridge China's recruitment database, talent pool, and related systems. This waiver applies to all data submitted through the application form and any subsequent communications. You understand that this waiver is a material condition of Talent Bridge China accepting and processing your application, and that without this waiver, Talent Bridge China would not accept your submission. This waiver applies except where prohibited by mandatory applicable law that cannot be contractually waived.
6. No Right to Withdraw Consent After Sharing
You understand that once your data has been submitted and shared with prospective employers, client companies, or partner organizations, consent cannot be withdrawn, and data already shared with third parties cannot be recalled, retrieved, deleted, or erased by Talent Bridge China. You accept full responsibility for the information you have chosen to disclose and acknowledge that Talent Bridge China has no obligation to contact third parties to request data deletion on your behalf.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information within our own systems. However, once your information is shared with prospective employers or other third parties, we cannot control, monitor, or guarantee the security, handling, storage, or use of your information beyond our own systems. We are not liable for how third parties handle your data after it has been shared with them.
8. Voluntary Submission & Ownership
You confirm that all information and documents are provided voluntarily, that you are the rightful owner of all submitted materials, and that no third party holds rights to the information provided. You understand that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your application, removal from our talent pool, and disqualification from future opportunities.
9. No Guarantee of Placement
Submission of your CV does not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities. Talent Bridge China will make commercially reasonable efforts to match candidates with suitable positions, but all final hiring decisions rest solely with the prospective employer.
10. Accuracy & Indemnification
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and current. You agree to indemnify and hold Talent Bridge China harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your submission of inaccurate, misleading, or copyrighted materials that you do not have the right to share.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your CV and ticking the consent box on our application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this privacy policy and the accompanying Consent & Data Processing Agreement. You understand that ticking the consent checkbox constitutes your legally binding electronic signature and acceptance of all terms herein.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Continued use of our services or retention in our talent database after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
