Full Consent & Data Processing Agreement:
By submitting this form and ticking the consent box, I explicitly and irrevocably agree to the following terms:
1. Comprehensive Data Collection: Talent Bridge China may collect, process, and store my personal data including — but not limited to — name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, nationality, current location, educational background, professional experience, LinkedIn profile URL, uploaded CV/resume documents, and any supplementary information I provide voluntarily.
2. Data Sharing & Distribution: I expressly authorize Talent Bridge China to share, distribute, and transmit my information — including my CV and contact details — to prospective employers, client companies, partner organizations, recruitment affiliates, schools, educational institutions, and any relevant third parties for recruitment and job placement purposes.
3. Data Retention: I understand that my data will be retained in Talent Bridge China's talent database for a period of 24 months from the date of submission, during which time my profile may be considered for multiple job openings and future matching opportunities.
4. Voluntary Consent: I confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in immediate removal from the talent database and disqualification from current and future job placements.
5. Right to Withdraw: I understand that I may request the deletion of my data at any time by contacting Talent Bridge China. Upon receiving such a request, my data will be permanently removed from the active database within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable laws.
6. International Data Transfer: I acknowledge that my data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than my country of residence, including but not limited to China, for the purposes of recruitment and job placement.
7. No Guarantee of Placement: I understand that submission of my CV and personal information does not guarantee job placement or employment. Talent Bridge China will make reasonable efforts to match my profile with suitable opportunities.
8. Communication Authorization: I authorize Talent Bridge China to contact me via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding job opportunities, interviews, and recruitment-related matters.
9. Ownership of Documents: I confirm that I am the rightful owner of all documents submitted, including my CV/resume, and that the submission of these documents does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
10. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify Talent Bridge China against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the submission of inaccurate, misleading, or copyrighted materials.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By ticking the consent box and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement in their entirety.
